Facade Grant Application (Downtown)

Before you begin, please read/review the Victoria Economic Development Façade Grant Guidelines to ensure that: 1) You have not already started your project. Projects that have already been completed are not eligible for funding. 2) Your property is located within the TIRZ grant boundaries. 3) Your property is not owned by an ineligible entity. Those entities are: - Tax-exempt organizations (i.e. charitable organizations, churches or religious organizations, private foundations, nonprofit organizations, etc.) - Taxing Entities (i.e. Victoria County, Victoria County Junior College District, Navigation District, Victoria Independent School District.) Your contact information will only be used internally for if/when we have any questions or need to get in direct contact of the applicant.
